VCB SERIES

The VCB series «Vertical Cantilever in Raft» is a patented model of single-stage vertical axis centrifugal pumps, VS5 cantilever design, with single or double volute casing. The suction is axial and the discharge is radial. The pump is mounted on an octagonal, monolithic or bi-split HDPE basin, skid and pontoons (docks).

The shaft design is completely cantilevered without any type of support bushing. It has a high robustness, thanks to a shaft and bearings amply dimensioned to reduce shaft connection and vibration, ensuring long life, failure-free operation in the pumping of fluids containing solid and abrasive particles.

The absence of mechanical seal allows dry operation. These equipments are characterized for being dismountable pumps, their suction level close to the surface avoids the suction of solids that remain in deep zones.
