MDP SERIES – ISO 2858

MDP Series pumps are suitable for handling aggressive organic and inorganic chemicals, sulfuric acid with high chloride content, fuels, thermal oil, water, sea water, condensate, chemical effluents, dense liquids, viscous liquids with high particle content and slightly abrasive liquids.

 They are single-cell centrifugal process pumps, horizontal shaft, single or double volute casing, axial suction and radial discharge. Designed under ISO 2858 Standard. Back-Pull-Out system.

Closed impeller with pressure compensation box with suction and discharge flanges designed for a nominal pressure of 16 bar (PN16) according to EN 1092-1.

These units are designed with a mechanical shaft, without contact with the fluid, encapsulated by an interchangeable sleeve made of materials compatible with the fluid. The mechanical shaft seal can be of various types and materials. Reinforced bearing housing, lubricated by oil and with amply dimensioned bearings.

Its design allows removal of the bearing body and impeller without removing piping or motor.
