HELIX ROBOT

It is a family of amphibious, autonomous, all-terrain robots that collect data and samples in hazardous environments. They are adapted to function as a dedicated robotic platform for environmental monitoring and tailings research.

The patented screw thrusters are pontoons that allow flotation, with a helical claw that acts as a propeller when rotating at high speed in the water. At low speed, the vehicle can crawl through soft mud deposits, or act as a wheel on hard ground. Electrically driven, battery-powered. It is perfectly adapted to the variety of terrain and seasonal conditions found in tailings.
