1954
Richard Vogt starts activities in the southern sector of Santiago-Chile in a small metal-mechanic workshop.
1958
The first centrifugal pumps are manufactured.
1968
Agreement signed with Allweiler AG to manufacture in Chile, under license, the Multistage Pump series.
1979
The joint stock company Industria Mecánica VOGT S.A. is legally incorporated.
1985
First VOGT pump catalog with individual curves and technical specifications launched.
1987
New test bench opens, the most modern of its kind in the country.
1994
Richard Vogt hands over operational leadership to his son Ricardo Vogt.
2000
VCB Series: Most used model in Chile for mining applications.
2004
Project for Codelco mining company with first equipment cast in Duplex material.
2005
Puerto Montt-Chile branch inaugurated.

First patent of invention for Low Suction Pumps.

Supply of first package of Low Suction Vertical Pumps for lithium mining.

Opening of our branch in Antofagasta-Chile, a mining center in the north of the country.

First Titanium Pump Project Awarded.
2015
Commercial Agreement with Grundfos for the exclusive commercialization of Standard Pumps under the VOGT brand.
2017
Low Suction Vertical Pumps package awarded for lithium mining project in Argentina.
2019
Alberto Campos takes over as General Manager from Ricardo Vogt.

Signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Azelio to implement energy storage projects for the mining industry in LatAm.

Launching of VOGT Support, our first mobile application for Android devices.
